I think you need quote marks around “race”, “car”, and “pro”. Unless this thing has a Hemi, which seems possible given the 14-16 mpg rating.

This is my first race car, an Ex pro Bilstein cup car. It actually won 2 races, here it is in the winner circle at Mid Ohio. A friend bought it, turned it into a street/showroom stock car. I bought it from him in ‘84 for $1900 and drove it to work and then drove it to drivers school. I raced it for 6 years and 4 class championships
Don’t kid yourself, starting racing has never been cheaper. That Fiat is my ‘80 rabbit’s brother by an Italian mother.....

It’s a good thing I don’t live in Texas.
I don’t have the garage space, but that thing is way too good a deal...lots of fun will be had with that by whoever gets lucky enough to buy it.

I would DD this....love the 500, and oddly, that paint scheme really works! (Helps that blue and bright orange are two of my fav colors!) :D

Looks like fun. Something to worry about with the Suzuki is the suspension mounts tearing out. If it was like ‘88 civics/crx, they are made with really light metal and you can fatigue out a body. And rallying is a lot harder on a car than road racing. Today’s cars are a lot more stout....
